Michele graduate in IT, he has 35 years of experience in HVAC application. In the years 1985-1991 he worked in cooperation with Ansaldo (his software for duct design was certified for nuclear plant) and Aster in plant design. Starting from 1990 he followed the software development for the most important manufacturing companies in equipment HVAC (Trane, JCI, Daikin, Panasonic, Swegon, etc.)
Carmen Calabrese is the Administrative Director of IDEA HOLDING. Previously she was an Interior Designer for Calabrese Donato Sas in Potenza, Italy. She later lived in Rome where she was: Technical collaborator for estimates and expropriations in Risorse per Roma Spa and sales and building renovation worker in Attici e Residenze Srl.
Amer Garaplija is a technical director with over 12 years of experience in the field of information technology. He specializes in web software development, cyber security, servers and DevOps, after working for numerous international companies. His passion for technology is not only professional, but also reflected in his constant monitoring of new technological trends and innovations. He was R&D manager in a chiller and heat pump manufacturing company for five years, as well as a consultant for several other companies in the field of refrigeration (civil and industrial), as well as a system designer. He is a member of AICARR and teaches at the AICARR educational training school. He collaborates with Idea Software since 2020, in customer support and in development of new software

As a graduated Engineer of technologies, management and design of furniture and wood products, Tijana was employed in practice shortly and changed her occupation to Marketing manager and Graphic design. Besides formal education of engineer science, she have studied independently and improved her knowledge and skills regarding: Digital Marketing, 2D animation, graphic design and explainer videos.
Renata is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in the application and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM). As a BIM consultant, she have worked on projects to optimize implementation, workflows and enhance project delivery through advanced BIM strategies. She is also a skilled Revit tutor. Renata served as an MEP engineer who works on creating and designing solutions for MEP installations.
Slaviša is a mechanical engineer with experience in product development. His expertise is mechanical design. He specialized product development and CAD design for various tooling, mechatronic systems and machines in general, or HVAC units design. He is also passionate about programming for expanding CAD systems capabilities. He is one of our developers responsible for development of HVAC units design software with extremely high level of automation, such as I-COILS 3DPRO or I-AHU 3DPRO.
With a Master’s degree in Computer Science specializing in Computational Finance, Nikola brings a robust technical foundation to his role as a frontend developer. His expertise lies in crafting intuitive and responsive web applications, primarily utilizing Blazor and React.
