ADVANTAGES OF DYNAMIC APPROACH

Many BIM models of different HVAC equipment can be downloaded online. These BIM models contain general parameters of HVAC equipment like size, inlet temperature, pressure drop, flow rate, etc. 

​

Nevertheless, general parameters are never appropriate for all designs. Because of this, when downloading BIM with general parameters, the designer has to manually change parameters in order to provide the correct parameters for specific project.
